I’ve had a nice day today. I got up (get up) at midday, ate (eat)

cookie crisp for breakfast. Mum went out (go out) to Tesco’s during the afternoon. I wasn't (not be) on my own for too long though. Mum only bought (buy) food for lunch.

I checked (check) my cell phone during lunch - one of my friends texted

(text) me early in the morning and I’d only just noticed it! I sent (send) back a reply and apologized (apologize) for not replying sooner.

After lunch I sat (sit) around watching TV and finishing my English, History,

German and Science homework.

I had (have) dinner at about 6:30, I had (have) a microwaveable pizza

and chips. I went (go) upstairs, finished (finish) off my English homework, I

listened (listen) to Avril Lavigne and Dido for a while, came back (come back) downstairs at about 7:15, and I watched (watch) my favorite soap operas.
