Segundo as regras de gramática temos:
• Afirmativo: Sujeito + have/has + verbo no particípio
• Negativo: Sujeito + have/has not (haven’t/hasn’t) + verbo no particípio
• Interrogativo: Have/has + sujeito + verbo no particípio

Sendo assim, temos:

Betty has danced very well

We have driven fast
We have not driven fast
Have we driven fast?
